Effective Date: August 10, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mountain Top Water Systems website at mountaintopwatersystems.com (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Mountain Top Water Systems (“Mountain Top Water Systems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or otherwise communicating with us through the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Purpose

The Website provides general information about Mountain Top Water Systems and its water testing, treatment, filtration, conditioning, installation, maintenance, and related services.

Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding quote, guarantee, professional health recommendation, or promise that a particular product or service will produce a specific result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to request services or submit personal information through the Website.

By using the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Requests for Information and Appointments

Submitting a contact form, requesting a water test, scheduling a consultation, or asking for an estimate does not create a service agreement or require Mountain Top Water Systems to provide services.

Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We may contact you to verify your information, discuss your needs, confirm service availability, or reschedule an appointment.

4. Water Testing and Recommendations

Water quality can vary based on the water source, plumbing system, environmental conditions, location, time of testing, and other factors. Any preliminary test, consultation, or recommendation is based on the conditions and information available at that time.

Unless expressly stated in writing:

  • Website content and preliminary water testing are not substitutes for certified laboratory testing.
  • Results are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • Product and system recommendations may change after further inspection or testing.
  • We do not guarantee that every substance, contaminant, odor, taste, mineral, or water-quality concern will be completely removed.
  • Customers with health-related concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional and, when appropriate, arrange for testing through a certified laboratory.

5. Estimates, Pricing, and Service Agreements

Prices, promotions, financing information, product descriptions, and availability shown on the Website may change without notice. Website content does not constitute a binding offer.

Final pricing may depend on water-test results, equipment selection, site conditions, plumbing requirements, permits, installation complexity, and other relevant factors.

Any equipment purchase, installation, repair, maintenance plan, warranty, financing arrangement, or other paid service will be governed by the written estimate, invoice, sales agreement, financing agreement, warranty, or service contract provided for that transaction. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the transaction-specific documents will control.

6. Payments and Financing

Payment terms will be provided in the applicable estimate, invoice, or service agreement. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to pay all authorized charges when due.

Financing may be provided by an independent third-party lender and is subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms. Mountain Top Water Systems does not guarantee financing approval, rates, payment amounts, or financing availability.

Third-party payment processors and lenders may maintain their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their independent practices or decisions.

7. Installation and Property Access

When requesting on-site services, you represent that you are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to approve the requested work.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property, plumbing, electrical connections, equipment, and other areas necessary to perform the services. Additional charges may apply if previously undisclosed conditions require extra labor, equipment, materials, permits, or modifications.

Installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by equipment availability, weather, property conditions, permitting, utility interruptions, scheduling, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Product Performance and Maintenance

Water treatment equipment must be operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions and any service recommendations provided by Mountain Top Water Systems.

Performance may be affected by changes in water chemistry, water pressure, plumbing conditions, usage, power supply, maintenance, consumable replacement, or unauthorized modifications.

The customer is responsible for routine maintenance and timely replacement of salt, filters, cartridges, ultraviolet lamps, membranes, chemicals, or other consumable components unless a written service plan states otherwise.

9. Warranties

Any applicable equipment or workmanship warranties will be described in the manufacturer’s warranty, sales agreement, or other written documentation provided to the customer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Top Water Systems disclaims all warranties not expressly provided in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may send promotional emails or text messages. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Transactional or service-related communications may continue when reasonably necessary to fulfill your request or administer an existing customer relationship.
